Ok so when were on vacation, we want to relax and enjoy ourselves. But I think it's also important to stay healthy. I think it's great to indulge and eat things that aren't the healthiest at times but not the whole time you are away. Anywhere you go, there will always be an option to have a healthy salad or some grilled protein with veggies but what we like to do is head to a local organic market and get some healthy snacks for the room. Every hotel room will have some sort of fridge you can put things in. This also saves money.
